#WCW to my babe Ahdri! Can you believe we MET on instagram?! When I first started coaching I thought 💭 “Who is going to want to JOiN ME?!” 😻HER! In this pic we were laying on a beach 👙🌊 in the 🌴Dominican tanning our booty cheeks together👭 ☀️a couple weeks ago. As coaches, we help people get started the same way we did and get REWARDED with experiences, together. 👭😭

One day I was remodeling my RV and getting inspo from people who had done it before via Instagram. 🤔I came across Ahdri’s profile and so I started asking her questions 💭 about the backsplash she installed in HER RV home cuz it looked baller.

 She was nice, funny and smart. Instant connection. 😍Wasn’t really too sure who she was tho cuz she didn’t post many photos of herself -but we still clicked. When you know, you know right? 😂🙌🏽💕Plus energy is everything. 🙈✨

A year and some odd months later this babe is beside me, as a rockstar coach on my team, CRUSHIN✊🏽 her very own health 🌱and fitness 🏋🏼‍♀️business, enjoying HER earned vacation!! 😭❤️

I can’t take credit for any of her success because she’s hustles goals!!! She works her ASS OFF, literally. Shows UP everyday fitness + biz – even when it’s not convenient. She’s transformed her body and mind. She constantly shares a beam ☀️of positivity ✌🏽(and inappropriate humor – THAT I LOVE) into the world as a beacon of hope for all. She inspires our team too. Everybody loves her 😍She HELPS PEOPLE all because I did my job as a coach initially and invited her to join me on a wellness journey. 🙄 Is this real life?

Last night she stepped way out of her comfort zone and shared her journey on our team call. Vulnerably, beautifully and meaningfully. SO FREAKIN PROUD. When we step outside of our comfort zones, we grow. She constantly shows our team that we can do hard shit. ✊🏽❤️

I knew I wanted to be free from a boss when I first started coaching – I knew I’d get to choose who I worked with as a coach, I had NO IDEA 💡 this is what that would look like. HONESTLY, I can’t imagine not having Ahdri in my life. She just gets me. I always tell her, even tho I started this business before her, she constantly teaches me new things.
