I thought for sure when this program was over I was gonna be DONE because it was a challenge, but I realized – I’m HOOKED. If this is what it can do in 21 days…. how about 21 more?! 😝 results = MOTIVATION!! Everybody always asks HOW I stay motivated – I work hard and get results 🔥it fuels the fire!! I’ve been taking pictures ever since I wanted to change my body – photos don’t lie! It’s cool to go back and see my progression as well as the ups and downs. ✊🏽
Can I be real tho?? I was a little bit worried 😳that I wasn’t gonna get any noticeable results “oh hey, I look THE SAME..” cool. BUT it’s still an accomplishment to get results and KEEP THEM right?? And then my lady time happened and I was like DAFUQ is this 👹👹
We can’t forget that it takes hard work to GET THERE just as it does to STAY THERE. As with any sort of level of success – right tho? Its not just a 21 day and done. It’s a lifestyle choice. Every damn day.
But like I was soooo sick of hearing, “too skinny” “you’re already little why do you workout” “you’re gonna blow away in the wind” *throat punch* 👊🏽 it’s all about THE FEELS! And I FEEL awesome! Taking on a brand NEW program on PMS week?! Good lord, who am I?! I used to become 1 with the couch for half the month 😂 If I can do this, anyone can. ✊🏽
