Before this coaching opportunity I was playing the victim role of my life. 😧I was stuck in reaction mode believing that things “happened to me.” It wasn’t my fault, I just didn’t know any better. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I never realized that I held the power to change the course of my life until I met my coach. I saw this happy, healthy, passionate girl and knew I wanted that too! I deserved to be happy and love my life. 😍😍We all deserve that. I dug deeper and found an entire community of people 👭💕🌈I aspired to be like. I needed THAT support system in my life!! People who push me to be the best me possible. 😍🙌🏽

July 2014 I dove in head first as a brand new coach and never looked back.😎🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️ I was on a mission to CHANGE MY LFE. 🔥💃🏼I had no idea what I was doing, I just got to work! I even had a full time job🙋🏼 – but I KNEW I couldn’t work for someone else for the rest of my life. That idea KILLED me! Can you relate?! I had NO IDEA my life could be any different before this tho.

At the age of 26 years old I was able to FIRE my boss and go to work for myself on my health + fitness biz 📱👩🏼‍💻🏋🏼‍♀️🌱full-time with a team of like minded babes 👭💕full of passion, love, determination! O M G 😭❤️

Just 3 years ago, I was SUPER unhappy! I CHANGED MY LIFE through THIS. I made a CHOICE to BUILD something through 🌱🍴health and 🏋🏼‍♀️fitness that would improve ALL aspects of my life. 😍✨Now I get to help MY TEAM do the same!! Life is too short to live miserably.
