π I was like GURL 
βπ½you know this business is built on social media right? Get yo shit togetha and then let’s chat. HAHA. She was like *coachable AF* and created all her accounts and began helping those around her lead healthier lifestyles. I was like ER MAH GERD I love this girl.

A typical Thursday morning woulda been me clocking in to an office job being like OMG Friday better hurry up.
β οΈ Now my job is taking care of me first and helping others do the same.

I always wanted FREEDOM to just live my life. If I wanted to meet a girlfriend in the morning and chat over a cup of coffee then I freakin wanna do it. I don’t want to have to ask anybody for permission. I worked HARD for this FREEDOM.

I used to have to do everything on my lunch break, stressed out, making sure I leave soon enough to clock back in on time. So I basically couldn’t even enjoy quality time because I wasn’t ever truly PRESENT.

Grateful AF for this life I’ve created through coaching – it’s brought me some of the MOST amazing people and experiences.

This morning we did an early 30 min booty

βοΈ We didn’t even know each other 3 years ago. We met because we both want MORE outta life. Better health, more confidence, increased happiness, stronger relationships, freedom of time. Now we’re like BFFS working together to change the course of our future.

So proud to be able to stand beside this babe. She’s constantly stepping out of her comfort zone, taking charge of her health and paying all the good feels forward to even more babes. Paving the way for other women to SHOW UP for themselves.ππ If I never showed up for me and shared about it – I can’t even imagine not knowing her. Being strong and confident is cool but being strong and confident TOGETHER feels AMAZE BALLS. ππI always wanted to be surrounded by a tribe of strong empowered women
