Day 27/30 вσσту вυιℓ∂ιи ωσякσυт✔️ Spent about 3 hours tryna get this sick bod in gear 😜 but we did it.✊🏽 It wasn’t the prettiest workout🏋🏼♀️but I knew that was gonna be the case going into it. I had to take constant breaks of sneezing, coughing and catch my breath. I set myself up knowing I was gonna have to take it easy – but done is better than perfect right?! I mean, it was ONLY 30 minutes from my living room. 😆Grateful AF for the privacy cuz I would not take this snuffy mess in public and try to be a heavy mouth breather all up in other people’s faces. Ewe. Plus I wouldn’t wanna pass my germs along. HAHA 😂😂 Most times I’d use being sick as an excuse to do NOTHIN for dayyys. For 1, now that I’m healthier I heal so much freakin faster and 2. I gave myself yesterday to sleep and vegetate. The suckiest part, last night I could NOT stay asleep due to lack of physical activity. Felt terrible. 🙅🏼🙅🏼Not being able to sleep is THE WORST right?? Before becoming a coach and working out regularly as my job — I always had trouble falling and staying asleep. I had no idea it had to do with foods and exercise. 😶 Got my sweat on 💃🏼, minimized a few things in my closet to @poshmark 👚📦and packaged some stuff I sold – because it required no brain power. I feel like I’m in a tunnel underwater and my heads about to explode every time I bend over oh and dizziness is cool. 😂😂Cody’s been home early all week and he’s sick too – our new buddy 🏋🏼♀️🏋🏽 workout program launched today and he said he’d do it with meeeee. Can’t wait for us to get better so we can ѕтαят!
